Americana

First of all, get this straight, I am a rocker through and through. However, I have this strange fondness for bluegrass and americana music (NOT country - there IS a difference). I do like playing the banjo. One of my most favorite movies of all time is O Brother Where Art Thou. I have the CD too and it is great! So, tonight, surfing around the net (which I don't get to do too often) I hit upon this cool americana duo out of Morganstown, West Virginia called the Weedhawks. The videos on You Tube are hilarious (because they are so amateurish; just search on You Tube, they have a number of them), so are some of their songs if you listen to the lyrics. If you aren't into this stuff, it won't be interesting but here is the myspace site:
